Overview#

The Predictive Maintenance Analytics module applies machine learning to equipment telemetry data to forecast failures before they occur, enabling organizations to shift from reactive repair to proactive maintenance scheduling. The system analyzes historical failure patterns, real-time sensor data, and environmental conditions to generate maintenance recommendations with confidence-scored failure probability estimates and optimal maintenance windows.

By predicting equipment failures days or weeks in advance, organizations reduce unplanned downtime, extend asset lifespans, and optimize maintenance resource allocation across their operational infrastructure.
