Overview#
The Branding Admin Panel allows administrators to customize the look and feel of the platform to match their organization's brand identity. This includes logos, color schemes, typography, component styling, and custom CSS, creating a consistent branded experience for all users.
Key Features#
-
Logo Management - Upload and manage primary logos, secondary logos (for alternate backgrounds and dark mode), favicons, and loading screen logos. Supports PNG, SVG, JPG, and animated GIF formats.
-
Color Scheme Customization - Customize the full color palette including primary, secondary, accent, and neutral colors. Pre-built themes are available for quick setup, or define custom colors using hex codes. Dark mode variants are generated automatically with optional manual overrides.
-
Typography Configuration - Choose from over 1,400 Google Fonts, system fonts, or upload custom fonts (WOFF2, WOFF, TTF). Configure separate font families for headings, body text, and monospace elements, with control over weights and sizes.
-
Component Styling - Customize the appearance of buttons, cards, form elements, and other UI components including border radius, shadow effects, padding, and animation.
-
Custom CSS - Advanced customization through a built-in CSS editor with syntax highlighting, auto-completion, real-time preview, version control, and rollback capability.
-
Live Preview - See changes in real time across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints before publishing. Switch between light and dark modes and view different page types to verify your branding.
-
Version Control - Save branding versions as restore points before major changes. Browse, preview, and restore previous versions at any time.
-
Tenant-Specific Branding - Each tenant can have unique branding within organizational limits, including custom logos, color schemes, custom domains, and white-label capabilities.
Use Cases#
- Brand consistency by ensuring the platform matches your organization's visual identity across all user touchpoints.
- White-labeling for managed service providers and systems integrators who need to present the platform under their own brand.
- Multi-tenant differentiation where each tenant organization sees their own branding when accessing the platform.
- Rapid rebranding with version control that lets you save and restore branding configurations instantly.
Getting Started#

Best Practices#
- Use SVG format for logos to ensure crisp rendering at all sizes.

- Test your branding on all screen sizes and in both light and dark modes before publishing.
- Limit font families to 2-3 to maintain performance and visual consistency.
