Overview#
The Policy Management module provides a centralized platform for creating, reviewing, distributing, and tracking compliance with departmental policies, procedures, directives, and guidelines. The system serves as the single authoritative source for all policy documents with version control, approval workflows, and automated compliance monitoring.
The platform eliminates confusion about current policy versions, streamlines the review and approval process, and ensures personnel can quickly find and access relevant policies for their roles and assignments.
