- RFC 3161 (Internet X.509 PKI Time-Stamp Protocol): Evidence-grade captures feed into the platform's digital notary service, which obtains RFC 3161 trusted timestamps from a Time-Stamp Authority to prove when evidence existed and to support chain-of-custody documentation for court admissibility.
- ISO 8601: All event timestamps, sighting detection time, watchlist creation and expiry, audit log entries, are stored and exchanged as ISO 8601 date-time strings.
- OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect (OIDC): Access to all ALPR queries and mutations is enforced via the platform's JWT-based authentication layer, which issues and validates tokens conforming to OAuth 2.0 and OIDC.
