- PDF/A-3 (ISO 19005-3): Scheduled executive briefing packs are exported as PDF/A-3B documents, the ISO archival-grade PDF variant that permits embedded attachments, ensuring long-term retrievability for compliance and audit purposes.
- W3C JSON-LD: Assembled briefing package artifacts are encoded as W3C JSON-LD documents, giving each package a stable linked-data identity and making entity and relationship references machine-readable without coupling to the live graph.
