It does not change based on user count alone. Our capacity-based model means adding users within your tier's limits has no cost impact. Our pricing structure is designed for compatibility with EDF, PESCO, NATO NSIP, and national defence budget programmes. We provide all documentation needed for procurement applications and can structure payment terms to align with defence budget disbursement schedules. Many defence organisations have successfully procured Argus through standard defence acquisition channels.
Our published tier pricing is consistent for all defence organisations as part of our transparency commitment. However, multi-year commitments and multi-nation purchases qualify for published discount tiers. Implementation services for complex deployments are quoted based on actual scope.
Annual subscriptions include a standard implementation package: platform configuration, user setup, SSO integration, initial data migration (up to 50GB), administrator and operator training, and two weeks of go-live support. Enhanced implementation for complex deployments, including on-site deployment, custom integrations, and change management, is quoted separately.
Defence organisations purchasing through coalition agreements or on behalf of multiple nations receive volume discounts: 5% for 2-5 nations, 10% for 6-10 nations, and custom arrangements for larger coalitions. All discounts apply to the published tier pricing. We do not inflate prices before applying discounts.
