Our published tier pricing is consistent for all institutions as part of our transparency commitment. However, multi-year commitments and multi-entity purchases qualify for published discount tiers. Implementation services for complex deployments are quoted based on actual scope.
Annual subscriptions include a standard implementation package: platform configuration, user setup, SSO integration, initial data migration (up to 50GB), administrator and analyst training, and two weeks of go-live support. Enhanced implementation for complex deployments, including on-site deployment, custom integrations, and change management, is quoted separately.
Institutions purchasing on behalf of multiple subsidiaries or entities receive volume discounts: 5% for 2-5 entities, 10% for 6-10 entities, and custom arrangements for larger groups. All discounts apply to the published tier pricing. We don't inflate prices before applying discounts.
