Yes. Our Starter tier is designed specifically for pilot programmes and proof-of-concept deployments at a single venue or event. All configurations, data, and customisations transfer seamlessly when you upgrade to a higher tier. Many organisations start with a focused pilot before expanding across their venue portfolio.

It doesn't change based on user count alone. Our capacity-based model means adding users within your tier's limits has no cost impact. You only consider upgrading when you need more active events, storage, or concurrent users. This lets you expand event security capabilities without budgetary uncertainty.

Our pricing structure is designed for compatibility with tourism development grants, cultural event funding, and destination marketing programmes. We provide all documentation needed for funding applications and can structure payment terms to align with grant disbursement schedules. Our published tier pricing is consistent for all organisations as part of our transparency commitment. We support standard event industry procurement processes and can provide all necessary documentation. Multi-year commitments and multi-venue purchases qualify for published discount tiers. Implementation services for complex deployments are quoted based on actual scope.

Our platform auto-scales to handle event peaks without requiring tier changes for temporary surges. Annual subscriptions include a standard implementation package: platform configuration, user setup, SSO integration, initial data migration (up to 50GB), administrator and operator training, and two weeks of go-live support. For organisations with heavy seasonal variation, we offer flexible arrangements to match your event calendar.

Organisations operating multiple venues or managing multiple events receive volume discounts: 5% for 2-5 venues, 10% for 6-10 venues, and custom arrangements for larger networks. Each venue can have its own configuration whilst sharing a unified management layer. All discounts apply to the published tier pricing. We don't inflate prices before applying discounts.
