Overview#

The Personnel Management module provides comprehensive workforce management for law enforcement agencies, maintaining detailed officer profiles that connect personnel records with operational systems. The platform tracks employment history, certifications, training, equipment assignments, and career progression while supporting HR workflows for hiring, assignments, separations, and compliance.

The system goes beyond basic employment records by linking personnel data to operational needs, enabling supervisors to identify qualified officers for specialized assignments and ensuring compliance with training, certification, and fitness requirements.
