The Case Timeline & Tracking module delivers comprehensive event management with visual timeline displays, milestone tracking, automated reminders, and deadline management. Designed for time-sensitive case environments, the platform provides complete visibility into case history, upcoming deadlines, and progress toward resolution while automating reminder workflows to prevent missed milestones and ensure accountability throughout the case lifecycle.
