Overview#
The Reliability Metrics domain calculates IEEE 1366 standard reliability indices (SAIDI, SAIFI, CAIDI, ASAI) from outage data for utility organizations. It aggregates outage records over configurable time periods, separates storm and non-storm contributions, detects major event days, and compares results against jurisdiction-specific benchmarks for quartile ranking.
