Overview#
The Real-Time Dispatch module provides computer-aided dispatch (CAD) capabilities combining real-time GPS tracking, AI-powered unit recommendation, automated dispatch workflows, and mobile data terminal (MDT) integration for emergency response operations. The system enables dispatchers to manage incidents, track responders, optimize routing, and maintain officer safety.
The module features real-time automatic vehicle location (AVL), nearest-unit calculation, geofencing with alert automation, and seamless MDT integration, while integrating with investigations, intelligence, and analytics systems.
Key Differentiators:
- Real-Time GPS Tracking: Sub-second position updates for all patrol units, detectives, and emergency responders
- AI-Powered Unit Recommendation: dispatch suggestions considering proximity, availability, unit capabilities, and officer safety
Key Features#
Real-Time Unit Tracking (AVL)#
Track Every Vehicle and Responder with Sub-Second GPS Position Updates
Monitor the real-time location of all patrol vehicles, investigators, supervisors, and emergency response units with high-frequency position updates, status indicators, and historical tracking, providing dispatchers and commanders with complete situational awareness for rapid decision-making and coordinated operations.
Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) Features:
Real-Time Position Tracking:
Dispatch & Unit Recommendation#
AI-Powered Unit Selection with Proximity, Availability & Capability Analysis
The system provides dispatcher decision-making support with AI-powered unit recommendations that consider distance, estimated arrival time, unit availability, officer specializations, workload balancing, and officer safety.
AI-Powered Unit Recommendation Engine:
Nearest-Unit Calculation:
Incident Management & Call Lifecycle#
Complete CAD Workflow from Call Creation Through Clearance and Reporting
Manage the entire incident lifecycle with call management, status tracking, narrative documentation, attachment support, and multi-unit coordination, ensuring complete situational awareness and accurate records for every emergency response.
