Overview#

The Workforce Management & Shift Scheduling module provides comprehensive workforce coordination including organisational structure management, employee scheduling, time and attendance tracking, shift trading, overtime management, fatigue risk monitoring, and union/labour compliance. The system supports regional labour law compliance across multiple jurisdictions and includes union contract templates for major public sector unions.

Key Features#

Organisational Structure#

Manage the hierarchical structure of the workforce:
